Our ensemble brings this
world to life with performances that will force you to look at the grief you have been avoiding. We took Poe's gothic imagination and ran it through a bold, contemporary Black lens, honoring the eerie elegance of his original words while giving them new breath and new rhythm.
The House of Poe invites you into the beautifully unsettling reminder that grief doesn't disappear just because we're ready for it to. It transforms and eventually, it demands
to be seen.
